It Is A Puzzle Of Pressure And Confusion That Pieces Together The Entrepreneurial Jigsaw.
The main dilemma is that entrepreneurs are not born, they are made. But in my case I was born into my fathers businesses. He was a cleaner and owned a small cafe.
From an early age, I worked for him, watched him. Before school, I cleaned with my father. We cleaned banks, hospitals, racecourses, which paved the way for me. Stress usually creates people like me, through some forced pressure.
There can be internal or external causes for them, but they are created just like a fire in the forest. A fire is usually not controlled, it just burns in every direction until it hits something worthwhile.
They are born out of necessity. Having the desire to do what they want with their lives and how they could make that happen, as well as creating happiness for themselves and their families, led them to becoming entrepreneurs. As a result of being resilient, you can be successful as an entrepreneur.
This is something I explain to people, just like when I explain my ideas in the past. The only person who understands them is me.
At 19, I opened the first Japanese Sushi train franchise in Australia. Since then, I have been branded crazy. Opening a Japanese restaurant chain as an Australian.
This was the first time, I realised I can prove anyone wrong and that this almighty puzzle can be put together to be a Picasso. But I learnt soon enough it can be destroyed just as quickly.
A Myth Many Entrepreneurs Face
There is a common misconception that entrepreneurship is all about making a quick buck. This could not be further from the truth! Being an entrepreneur takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and passion. It can be very confusing and overwhelming at times, but it is also extremely rewarding.
If you are thinking about becoming an entrepreneur, don’t let the pressure or confusion deter you. It is definitely worth it in the end! To find true happiness for me was to find something I love. This sounds so simple. But it was a struggle for me to find my direction. For the last 6 years I had no idea.
I moved to Mexico to get out of Sydney, because I knew here I felt really comfortable. I felt like it was a sound place for me to relax and give myself some breathing/thinking space to find a new idea.
It is when Learn Laugh Speak came to life.
I see people posting about focus. This is something I thought I struggled with but for me when putting this puzzle together to achieve quietness. As the puzzle comes together you can see the end result.
You can see the final picture of what you are doing, at first you only think you know. But the pieces come together eventually creating the idea. Making for something special as the puzzle comes to life you realise you have found your life.
I have found my path, and put my puzzle together.
I do not need to focus on focus not when I have found my way.
Building A Team
As an entrepreneur, it is essential to surround yourself with a team of individuals that you can trust and rely on. Building a strong team is vital to the success of your business venture.
There are a few key things to keep in mind when building your team:
1. Define the roles and responsibilities of each team member.
2. Make sure that each team member is committed to the success of the venture.
3. Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members.
4. Delegate tasks and projects based on each team member’s strengths and abilities.
5. Celebrate successes and learn from failures together as a team.
Building a strong and cohesive team is essential to the success of any business venture. By keeping these things in mind, you will be well on your way to assembling a group of individuals that can help you achieve your goals and objectives.
When To Give Up
For me, giving up was never an option. Maybe it is something I should of thought about more. Once I have made the decision to go down this path. It burns like wildfire creating something hard to explain.
There are many factors that contribute to the success of an entrepreneur, but one of the most important is knowing when to give up. Or how to give up. It is something I have been unable to gather.
There are a lot of pressures and confusion that come with being an entrepreneur. It can be difficult to know what to do and when to do it. Many times, entrepreneurs make the mistake of holding on to a business idea or venture for too long, even when it’s clear that it’s not working out.
It’s important to remember that entrepreneurship is all about taking risks. Sometimes, these risks don’t pay off and you have to cut your losses. If you’re stuck in a situation where it doesn’t seem like things are going to improve, it might be time to give up.
Of course, this isn’t easy and it’s often hard to know when the right time is. However, if you’re feeling stuck or like you’re not making any progress, it might be time to move on. There are plenty of other opportunities out there and you don’t want to waste your time on something that isn’t working.
